Do I need an account?
No registration or user account is required. Open the website on your devices connected to the same Wi-Fi and start sharing immediately.
Which file types and sizes are supported?
You can share images, PDFs, audio, video, and documents up to 50 MB per file and up to 100 MB total per package (maximum 10 files per send). You can also paste text and screenshots.
How long are shared files stored on the server?
Items stay in your room history for 24 hours and are automatically cleaned up and permanently deleted from disk. You can also manually delete your own items anytime.
How does Nitip group devices automatically?
Nitip detects your client IP address. Devices connected to the same Wi-Fi or local gateway IP address automatically join the same room to receive real-time Socket.io updates.
Can I install Nitip as an app on my phone or computer?
Yes. Nitip is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can tap 'Add to Home Screen' on mobile or 'Install' in desktop Chrome/Edge for instant access.
